RS Equipe Aero Jersey SS
The fast gets faster with the evolution of our Equipe SS Jersey. Precise patterning and sharp finishing details deliver the next generation of ASSOS speed and race-ready comfort.
aeroFit: Our trimmest, speed-focused cut that’s tighter and more compressive than our racingFit. May feel restrictive out of the riding position but feels like a second skin while riding.
miniCheck Tex: Open 3D knit fabric that has truly exceptional breathability. Quick drying and superlight. UPF 25 despite weighing so little. Built-in odorControl for durability and hygiene.
Push Pull: The pockets and sleeves are made of our ASSOS-developed Push Pull warp-knit textile with high UV protection (UPF 50+). Highly breathable, this fine gauge knit with bi-stretch is quick drying and very comfortable.
Stabilizer: Featherweight but strong material, perfect for creating a cooling panel on the back of the jersey. Maintains stability and alignment—and has UPF30—despite its minimal weight and volume.
Triple Ramp Pockets: Our storage design with three textile-lidded pockets optimally located for ease of access; security and stability guaranteed. Earphones hole in right pocket; micro-perforated bonded reflex for visibility.
Bonded Zipper: Temperature regulation courtesy of an ultralight bonded full-length zipper with camlock. Micro-injected neck tab stabilizes fabric to enable single-handed zipper operation.
Raw Cut + Bonded Sleeves: Smooth wrap front with bonded rear strikes the best balance between comfort and stability.
Taped Waist: Bonded edges for added refinement to the fit and improved aerodynamics.
Lightweight Rear Hem: A wide, secure elastic hem that ensures a frictionless fit while riding. Lighter and more breathable than previous generation.

A-Lock Engineering: S9 racingFit system comprising new textiles and technologies working in harmony to stabilize the shorts and secure the insert in place.
Butterfly Pattern: The primary textile panel fully wrapping the lower back and legs, coming together in the rear. Fewer seams leads to a more uniform hold, less weight, and greater comfort.
Type.441: A patented 40-guage warp knit, developed specifically for compressive hold and silky comfort. 200g/m2, UPF 50+, moisture wicking (idroFil fastDry), iceColor, odorControl, and extremely durable.
rollBar: A patented bracing design that mimics a race car’s anti-sway bar by using the bib straps to stabilize the insert and lock it in place as your weight transfers from left to right while cornering.
ergoBox: A square pattern construction that effectively frames the insert in the back, boxing it in for added stability.
Carbon Xbib: A single section of elastic material—folded over on itself—forming a supportive A-frame that delivers limited vertical stretch in the rear. Above the “X” junction, a more flexible material is employed, incorporating an antibacterial carbon weave, to wick moisture and lay flat in the front.
zeroWaist: A raw-cut, tape-reinforced edge for the smoothest transition possible between the body and fabric panel. More comfort with less pressure.
Ultralight Leg Grippers: A light silicon treatment woven into the leg bands, which reduces fabric bulk and secures the shorts in place without any excessive pressure.

goldenGate: A patented technology that interrupts the stitching along both of the insert’s side panels, allowing a more three-dimensional freedom of movement in this sensitive, rotational area.
Horizontal Stabilizer: a patented central stitch that secures the rear of the insert to the outer textile, eliminating shifting while pedaling out of the saddle.

We started from scratch, re-engineered the platform as a whole, and came away with the 160-gram Equipe RSR Bib Shorts S9—our lightest, most comfortable race-spec bib shorts to ever leave the ASSOS laboratory.

RS Sock
The ideal sock for demanding rides in warmer climates, where breathability and targeted support are most crucial.
Hydrogen: An ultrasoft microfiber with high elasticity, constructed with hydrogen yarns and Lycra to provide targeted compressive hold on the foot, ankle, and lower leg.
Mesh Arch: 360-degree ribbed band along the arch keeps the foot cool and supported within the shoe.
Seamless Construction: Absent of exposed seams, this construction provides a seamless wrap on the foot for the ultimate in friction-free comfort.
