 INVOICE

• For free check or any warranty work you will need to retain your invoice/reciept as proof of purchase. 
• Your bike is due a free health check within 8 WEEKS from date of collection. 
• Any longer that 8 weeks, the bike will fall into a service charge, Bronze, Silver, Gold - your decision on which level is needed before we do any work.
• Purchaser is responsible for bringing the bike to the store. 

 

MANUFACTURERS MANUAL

It is recommended you read the service book supplied, this will assist with your maintenance. If you have any further questions you feel unanswered always get in touch with us; via phone, email or by coming back to see us in store! 

ONLINE ORDERS/COURIER ORDERS

Web orders are subject to payment acceptance, we will send a confirmation email once we have accepted the order. Couriered bikes are charged at £30.00 for UK postal code delivery. Returns fall to the customer to organise.

BENEFITS

10% Discount off parts and accessories for the first 3 months after purchase of the bike(s) to receive this offer you need to have your invoice.

INSURANCE

We recommend you have your bike insured and to record your unique frame number.

DEPOSIT

We would ask for a minimum of 10% of the order value for a deposit. Please note it is company policy that deposits are non-refundable if an account or order is inactive for a period of 6 months or longer. This is can be talked through with the store manager.

We are General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) compliant; we do store customers details which are kept only at our site of business and will not be passed onto any third party company without the customers consent.

How & why we use your data:

• Your information is used primarily to process your order. For example; to deliver your products; we will share your details with the courier company. 
• If you have chosen to pay via finance, we will be given details of your application by our finance provider - if you consent. These details will only be used to obtain payment from the finance company.
• Your details will be shared with relevant authorities in any cases of fraud or theft.
• We do offer a once a month, monthly newsletter & workshop communications. Only sent to customers/consumers who have opted in on our marketing communications. 
• Your details will be used to send you communication required by law, for example updates to our privacy policy or important warranty and recall information relating to the products we have sold you previously.

We only use customers details to communicate relevant information(s) with them direct from us, the customers information is protected and only used via their consent - the customer is within their right to withdraw consent at anytime via contacting us.

Returns 

• If you discover a fault with the goods within 30 days of purchase or delivery (whichever is later), we will offer you a choice of a full refund, repair or replacement.
• After 30 days but within the guarantee period (normally 12 months, unless otherwise specified), we will either repair or replace the faulty goods. At our discretion, we may choose to offer you a full or partial refund instead.
• We will need to inspect the goods to confirm the fault; we may be able to do so from photos, or we may request that you return it to us for inspection.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted; (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original condition, it's damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but we can offer an in store credit or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/in store credit will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
