WE AIM TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE - WHEN VISITING OUR STORE!
Aligning with the Government advice; we are enforcing all customers to wear masks when they come on to our site and into the store. Please understand we are not scientists and we are trying to follow the advice from health organisations and the government - none of our team like wearing masks all day as we are thoroughly aware customers don't either.
But as a small business with the introduction of the guidelines surrounding the new variant and how that may effect people no matter the vaccination status - we can potentially be closed down with one case which could potentially put all of our Christmas orders at risk - we understand people have exemptions but where and if possible we politely request masks to be worn when shopping with us.
Policy Update when visiting the Store:
- Masks to be worn by all who can
- Exempt personnel will be allowed on site without masks - a member of the team may ask you to wear one but please don't take offence to this.
- We will ask all customers coming into the shop to hand sanitise - just allows everyone to come into the store and touch the bikes, sit on them and try them out!
