47 MINUTE TRAINER WORK OUT
Fancy trying an interval session which will take less than an hour - try this session and let us know how you got on. Store member Steven is cycling for fitness to fit into his suit for his wedding come April and used this a few time recently, opting on the indoor trainer instead of heading out onto the bike - thanks to Denis who's given him some ideas on session plans, so we thought lets give it out for others to try!
Steven's first attempt at the indoor Interval session - Struggled and felt the work out afterwards - but enjoyed it and has promised to he will keep using this once-twice a week with the rest of his weekly training plan!
15min Warm up: 85-90RPM low Gear & Spin
30seconds hard push (maximum effort)
30seconds rest (maintain low gear & spin - 85-90rmp)
Complete this 3 times through
5mins rest after completing each interval set, (maintain low gear & spin.. 80-90rpm)
Complete 4 Interval sets to complete the work out.
10min Warm Down/Cool Down: low gear & easy spin
