• Stay to the route.

• This is a live highway, be mindful of pot holes in the road - animals - other vehicles & even openings in hedges which would create a cross wind.

 Monitoring and Timing

• We will be monitoring the course through out the experience day. 
• The road loop has been timed at 45mins.
• This is not about out doing or racing the course, the timing is simply for safety and monitoring the course. 
• You will be timed out & back in by the reps giving you the bikes.

 Helmets; PPE advisory

• You will NOT be permitted to ride any bike without at least, a helmet being worn. 
• We advise you to wear what you feel comfortable in; gloves, glasses etc…

• You are using active public highways, being used by other vehicles. We advise you to take all of the sensible precautions you would take out on your own bike or even driving your car.
